TV On The Radio Playing Two Nights At First Avenue!

So, the good shows lined up at First Avenue in the Fall just keep coming (as do the exclamation points in my blog titles!). One of my favorite bands currently making music today, TV On The Radio (TVOTR MySpace), are doing another two night stint at First Avenue on October 20th & 21st. They are touring behind their forthcoming (due for release on September 23rd) new record 'Dear Science,' with the comma being part of the title, apparently. These guys put on one of the best live shows around (their show at the Ave in '06 w/Grizzly Bear remains one of my favorite shows ever-see my Top 10 Shows Of 2006 list at my friend Brody's blog Top 10 Shows Of 2006), and I am totally psyched that they are doing two more nights at the Ave. We are completely fortunate that we are one of only two cities on their whole US tour getting a two night stand (take that Boston, San Fran. and Boise). Should be absolutely mindblowing!
